SPECIFICS OF OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
A. This policy applies only to retail sales on selected used cars and trucks.
B. This policy does not provide consumer warranty coverage. It describes our policy with respect to our pre-sale inspection and sales satisfaction processes.
C. Limited Powertrain Coverage with $100 deductable
What is Covered:
All internal lubricated parts; oil pump; intake and exhaust manifolds. Turbocharger and supercharger coverage is limited to 50% parts and labor.
Transmission, Automatic or Standard
All internal lubricated parts
All internal lubricated parts; axle shafts, CV joints, wheel bearings
What is not covered:
Everything else not specifically listed above. “Normal Wear” items such as clutch, water pump, CV boots, sensors, belts. Repairs made necessary by collision, abuse, neglect or failure to take reasonable precautions to prevent further damage. Repairs to covered parts that have not actually failed, even though a repair shop may recommend replacement.
Limitation of Liability: The total of all benefits paid under the powertrain coverage shall not exceed $2500.
Deductible: All repair claims are subject to a $100 deductible.
What to do if a repair appears necessary:
If the vehicle is within 50 miles of Marietta Sportscar Co. you must deliver the vehicle to Marietta Sportscar Co. If the vehicle is more than 50 miles from the Marietta Sportscar Co, call Marietta Sportscar Co. at (770) 420-8787 or (877) 352-0791 and speak with your sales representative or the service manager before delivering vehicle to a repair facility. You must have authorization from Marietta Sportscar Co. prior to teardown or repair to qualify for benefits under this coverage.
Replacement of any part may be made with new parts, remanufactured parts, non-original manufacturer's parts, recycled parts, or parts otherwise of like kind and quality at time of breakdown.
D. Vehicle must be returned to the selling dealer within 48 hours or 200 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery to take advantage of our money back guarantee. Purchase price will be returned to customer upon verification of receipt of the full purchase price by the selling dealership and provided all terms and conditions of coverage have been complied with.
E. Vehicle must be returned to the selling dealer within 5 days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) from the dateof delivery and all terms and conditions of coverage must be complied with to take advantage of our 5 day exchange policy.
F. The dealer will inspect all returned vehicles for damage and excessive wear. If non-warranty repairs are needed to the returned vehicle then just the cost of the repair to bring the vehicle back to the same condition as when it was delivered will be deducted from the credit amount to be received by the customer.. Neither the money back guarantee nor the exchange guarantee will apply to any vehicle which is found by the selling dealer to be in a condition materially different from its condition when purchased.
G. Where return of a covered vehicle for money back or exchange is requested, the selling dealer shall have final say regarding any body damage, scratches, misuse, mechanical defects or interior damage incurred during vehicle use by purchaser.
H. The vehicle is to be exchanged for a vehicle of equal value in the selling dealer’s inventory. If the exchange
vehicle is of greater value, the difference is to be paid by the customer.
I. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the customer will not be entitled to receive refund or vehicle exchange if:
- the vehicle requires repairs exceeding $200 or if the vehicle has been involved in an accident where repairs exceeded $200
- the vehicle has undergone modifications to the chassis or body or any other modification affecting its
safety or roadworthiness
J. Selling dealer is not responsible for after market items or accessories installed after delivery.
K. Customer is responsible for any interest charges accrued on the returned or exchanged vehicle.
L. Customer is responsible for carrying insurance on the vehicle and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Marietta Sportscar Company from any claims of any nature arising out of his/her use of the vehicle prior to its return. Customer is solely responsible for the cost of the vehicle’s insurance. Customer also agrees to indemnify and save harmless Marietta Sportscar Company from any claim he/she may have against the manufacturer.
M. Losses not covered by this contract (subject to any statutory rights of the customer):
- loss of use of vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages, substitute transportation
N. In addition to any other restrictions on his/her rights under this policy, the customer acknowledges that his/her ability to return the vehicle and obtain either his/her money back or an exchange vehicle may be prejudiced if a security interest in the vehicle has been given by the customer, whether to secure a loan for the purchase of the vehicle or otherwise. Customer further acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to make all necessary arrangements (satisfactory to the selling dealer) to have such security interest in the vehicle released prior to receiving his/her money back or an exchange vehicle.
O. We guarantee that your vehicle will pass Georgia emission standards at the time of sale, unless noted otherwise on your Bill of Sale.
