Pricing, Taxes and Fees

Our Pricing Strategy
Fair and firm.
I've always found it interesting that so many people say they choose their car because "it was a good deal".  Of course, everybody has a different notion of what makes a good deal.
I recommend that you reflect on what makes a deal good for you. If it's an honestly and well represented car priced appropriately for the market, you'll probably appreciate our approach.

Our business is almost entirely internet-derived and our prospects are pretty aware of the market. We have to price cars competitively - if we don't, we won't sell them. Today's technology also provides us with a wealth of information - from average time on market, average sale price, average advertised price, and much, much more - that allow us to pretty accurately predict what a car will sell for. On those occaisions when a car doesn't sell as fast as I'd like it to, I reduce the price right here on our website. The one-price strategy offers other advantages, as well; for example, you don't have to wonder if if could have gotten a better deal if you had done something differently.

Taxes and Other Fees

The Georgia State legislature has made it clear that we must collect state sales tax on all sales to Georgia residents. It is not negotiable.

We don't usually collect sales tax on sales to out of state residents as it is usually collected at the point of registration. In some cases we may be able to handle tax transaction for out-of-state purchases as a convenience.

All buyers are responsible for our documents fee of $295, which covers title processing, emissions certification, temporary tags, and such.

Customs duties on international sales, shipping costs, and the like, are the responsibility of the buyer.
